Why Kiwis are Hero Fruits

Kiwis are a good source of vitamin A, C, E and nutrients. In fact it has the highest density of Vitamin C. Yes, even more than oranges! It can help protect your respiratory system, reducing asthma, wheezing and coughing. Because of its high concentration of fiber it can also help you reduce cholesterol. Cholesterol related problems include heart disease, cardiovascular disease, heart-attacks, etc. Acting as a natural Aspirin (blood thinner), it is found to be excellent in reducing the side effects of many medications as well.

On a side note, although taking pills or medications gives you a direct effect on your body, it also lets your body rely on these medications. Your body has its own immune system and multiple functions of regenerating. Of course in certain circumstances, you may need it because your body can no longer regenerate fast enough without the direct help. That's why we should protect our bodies beforehand and prevent, rather than suffering in the long run.

Back to Kiwis, these fruits are also great "sweepers", in stimulating movement in the intestine, they can clean up unwanted substances and toxins out of your body, giving you better skin. They also have flaranoids, which help protect cells from damage and stop DNA mutation that leads to many chronic diseases like cancer.
I used to dislike Kiwis because they tasted sour to me. However I've since discovered how to find the sweetest ones! When you press on the Kiwi itself, the softer it is, the sweeter.

Does Lemon Juice really help with Pimples?

Internally
Drinking a daily cup of lemon juice equal to 1 lemon can help cleanse your body. Lemons are an amazing source of vitamin C and also a powerful anti-oxidant/ healer.
Recommended use: drink lemon juice (with preferably no sugar added) daily before breakfast
Do not apply it to the skin in the morning, it may have reverse effects.

Externally
Lemons act as a natural astringent, antiseptic and pore reducer. The citric acid that lemons have are great for fighting oily skin, reducing redness, lighting skin and removing dead skin cells. You can use it as a natural bleach which will lighten and even out your skin tone.
Note that when applying it to pimples, it may cause minor stings. But it will help your skin heal faster.
Recommended use: Apply to skin before bed and wash it off in the morning with cold water. (may add water)

Note: If you have dry skin and acne, use an oil-free moisturizer right after washing off the lemon juice
